Good jobs, Green Jobs Conference

It was very inspiring to attend the green jobs expo on February 5, 2009 in Washington, DC.
The Expo showcased booths from academic institutions, manufacturers, nonprofit agencies, corporations and others who are committed to educating, hiring, training and developing workers in a wide range of green jobs.
The Expo is part of the Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference, had an approximate attendance of more than 1,500 people (my best guess, based on expectations) representing local, state and federal policy makers; labor; business; the environment and public health; economic and workforce development specialists; investors; and scientists and technology experts.

For those of you who want to participate in the green jobs movement across America, these are the people who you need to connect with.
